Airbnb turnovers in 90 minutes: our checklist

Between check-out and check-in the window is tight. Here is how DCVero handles a smooth guest turnover in Berlin.

If you run a short-let in Berlin you know the drill: 11am check-out, 3pm check-in, and everything in between has to be flawless. To make that work every time, our teams follow a fixed sequence.

The first 15 minutes: inventory and airing

We open windows, check for visible damage and flag anything unusual to you, the host, by photo immediately. This avoids later discussions about damage that did not come from the cleaning crew.

Bathroom and kitchen

This is where most teams lose time. We work top-down — fittings, mirrors, tiles, then sinks, floor last. Dishwasher and microwave are emptied and wiped with food-safe products.

Bedroom

  • Fresh linen from our own stock
  • Check mattress protectors
  • Wipe bedside tables, lamps and sockets
  • Vacuum under the bed

Final check with photo report

Before we leave, we take photos of every room in its final state. You get them as a compact gallery — useful for your records and in case of any guest complaint.

Running a short-let in Berlin and looking for a reliable cleaning team? We are happy to set up a recurring schedule for you.
