Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

1. Privacy at a Glance

The following notices provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data with which you can be personally identified. Detailed information on the subject of data protection can be found in our privacy policy below.

2. Data Controller

The data controller responsible for processing on this website is:

DCVero Dienstleistungen GbR Pohlestr. 12 12557 Berlin Germany Phone: (030) 397 164 67 Email: info@dcvero.de

3. General Information

The protection of your personal data is important to us. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (GDPR, German BDSG) and this privacy policy.

When you use this website, various personal data are collected. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, and how and for what purpose this happens.

We point out that data transmission via the internet (e.g. email communication) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

4. SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address line changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

5. Server Log Files

The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

• Browser type and version • Operating system used • Referrer URL • Hostname of the accessing computer • Time of the server request • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of the website.

6. Contact Form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, insofar as your request is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

To deliver the form content to our email address, we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Resend processes the transmitted data exclusively for the purpose of email delivery. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR exists with Resend.

The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.

7. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider. Personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, and other data generated via a website.

The use of the host is for the purpose of contract fulfilment with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of secure, fast and efficient provision of our online services by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

8. Fonts (self-hosted)

This website uses locally hosted web fonts (Inter and Playfair Display) for a uniform display of typography. The font files are downloaded at build time and served exclusively from our own server. No connection is made to Google servers or other external font providers when you load a page. Your IP address is therefore not transmitted to any third party for font retrieval.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the uniform presentation of the typeface on the website.

9. Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode

This website uses Google Tag Manager (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Tag Manager is a tool that allows tracking, statistics and other tools to be embedded on our website. Google Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles and does not perform any independent analysis.

Google Tag Manager is only loaded after you have given your consent to the "Analytics" or "Marketing" category via our cookie banner. Until then, no connection to Google's servers is established and no data is transmitted to Google. The legal basis for loading Google Tag Manager and the services embedded through it is therefore exclusively your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG).

Once you have given your consent, a Google Tag Manager script is loaded from Google's servers. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google, and cookies (e.g. _ga) may be set that enable recognition across multiple page views and visits. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; for transfers to the USA, Google relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). If you have additionally consented to the "Marketing" category, the collected data may also be used for remarketing and personalized advertising.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of this website; Google Tag Manager will then no longer be loaded from your next page visit onward.

Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

10. Cookies, consent and your choices

This website uses strictly necessary cookies and similar storage technologies that are required for the operation of the website (e.g. for language settings and to remember your cookie choice). The storage is based on § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG; no consent is required. The legal basis for the subsequent processing of personal data collected in this way is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a technically reliable delivery of the website).

On your first visit to this website, you are asked via a cookie banner for your consent to the use of analytics and marketing cookies. Rejecting is just as easy as accepting; no categories are pre-selected. Your choice is stored for 180 days in a cookie (dcvero_consent) and can be withdrawn or changed at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of this website.

We do not set our own tracking or marketing cookies. Google Tag Manager and the services embedded through it are only loaded after you have given your consent via our cookie banner (§ 25 (1) TDDDG); before that, no data is transmitted to Google whatsoever.

11. WhatsApp contact

This website includes links to the WhatsApp messenger service (provider: WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland). These are plain links / click-to-chat shortcuts. No data is transmitted to WhatsApp until you actively click such a link and open the chat.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes your mobile number and possibly other profile data under its own privacy terms. We process the messages you send us in order to handle your request, based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b or lit. f GDPR. Further information is available in WhatsApp's privacy policy: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea.

12. Links to our social media profiles

The footer of this website contains links to our profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram. These are plain hyperlinks to the respective platforms, not embedded social plugins or widgets. Simply visiting this website therefore does not transmit any data to the operators of these platforms and does not set any cookies from these providers.

Only when you actively click one of the icons are you redirected to the respective external platform. From that point on, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies, over whose content and processing we have no influence:

• Facebook and Instagram: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland – https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ and https://privacycenter.instagram.com/policy/ • LinkedIn: LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland – https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy • X (formerly Twitter): X Corp., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA – https://x.com/en/privacy

The legal basis for providing these links is our legitimate interest in public presence and reachability via social networks (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

13. Retention period

Unless a more specific retention period is stated elsewhere in this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for the processing no longer applies. Requests received via the contact form, email or WhatsApp are deleted once they have been finally dealt with, at the latest after the expiry of statutory retention periods (in particular § 257 HGB and § 147 AO: typically 6 or 10 years for business-related correspondence).

14. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to receive free information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR). You also have the right to:

• Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR) • Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR) • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) • Objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) • Withdrawal of consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)

You can contact us at any time at info@dcvero.de regarding these rights and other questions about personal data. We normally respond within one month (Art. 12 (3) GDPR).

15. Right to Complain to the Supervisory Authority

In the event of data protection violations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BlnBDI), Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin (https://www.datenschutz-berlin.de). This right exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
